Dynamic Lymph DETOX Method 

We live in a world where avoiding inflammation is near impossible. With the increase in processed foods, pesticides, air pollution, carbon emissions, chemicals in skincare and harmful substances, our bodies are left in a constant battle to maintain wellness. We are being overloaded with toxins every day and we can only cleanse and process so much before we start to ‘break down’. This may present as pain, swelling, disease or autoimmune responses, immobility and the list goes one. Our bodies are designed to heal but it’s becoming quite the challenge in modern day life.

Jessie of The CALMM has designed the Lymph DETOX routine to give our forever fighting bodies a bit of a hand.

During this course, Jessie will share lymph activation techniques to assist with draining blocked lymph nodes, demonstrate a full body routine to drain and sculpt the body while explaining the function of the lymphatic system and how we can support it. Further to this, she will teach an in-depth stomach routine, aiding in digestion, reducing gut, inflammation and fluid retention.

Included in the course, is our Lymph detox kit which includes our silicone cups, both big and small, 100ml body oil, designed to support and promote the flow of lymphatic fluid and our magnesium oil.

Prerequisites: we require all participants to be fully qualified manual therapist, such as a myotherapist, beauty therapist, massage therapist, physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath, or acupuncturist.

A certificate of completion will be awarded to each participant post course. Full accredited with AMT, MMA & ATMS for CPE points
