HOW TO USE

Use our cork roller to find movement within your body. Unstick where you are stuck and release tension in hard to reach places. Begin slowly, rolling along the length of the muscle in need of some attention. Pause on any tight areas and gradually increase the pressure as needed. Adjust pressure by using body weight accordingly. Speed up to warm the muscle and increase blood flow to the area. Slow down and hold to melt down tight muscle fascia. It should be uncomfortable but stop if you feel any pain.
