Directions

• To be used in the shower with the soap of your choice and warm water.
• Place soap on the wash cloth and rub each end together with your hands to create a lubrication.
• Hold the cloth at each end and place over your shoulders. Use a shoe shine type motion to work your way down the back. You can continue this over the glutes and down back of legs.
• Next drape over one shoulder with the other end tracking diagonally across your back and again use the shoe shine motion to ensure you exfoliate all areas on the back.
• The cloth can also be folded or scrunched and used with circular motions to exfoliate the legs, arms, stomach etc.
